Ntuli, who struck twice in his club's Telkom Knockout last-16 win over Bidvest Wits last week, is contracted to Abafana Bes'thende until 2015.
Pirates were initially linked with the big 22-year-old before they signed his former teammate Thamsanqa Gabuza in August.
"My agent has told me about few interests and also mentioned Mamelodi Sundowns," Ntuli tells KickOff.com.
Ntuli went on to express his sadness at the departure of coach Manqoba Mngqithi from Arrows.
"It took us by surprise because the coach never mentioned that he was leaving the club," Ntuli says.
"I am sad but we don't know what happened that led him to leave the club.
"He had a great impact on my career as a striker.
"He taught me a few basics, like movement as a striker and to keep my head high even if I lose the ball upfront."
On his recent brace, Ntuli added: "It's still early but I hope this is the beginning of good things to come."
