Masehe ready for ‘war zone’

Telkom Knockout

Stars are in bullish mood after coming from two goals down to edge Moroka Swallows in the Absa Premiership last weekend, having done the same thing to Matsatsantsa on 20 August.

Masehe told his club's website: “The boys are confident and inspired to win. The team spirit is high and all of us are looking forward to the competition. Loftus [Lucas Moripe] will be a war zone on Saturday because we want to win and I know that they also want the same results."

His coach Tom Saintfiet added: “This is an opportunity for us to take the confidence we have gained in the League and use it to ignite a great domestic cup campaign. This is the first cup competition for the season and we want to make it as far as we can.”
