Fresh from parting ways with Al Ahly, Pitso Mosimane has already been linked with a lucrative move to Qatar.
Mosimane's spell as the head coach of Al Ahly came to an end on Monday after the club announced that the parties had agreed to mutually terminate their working relationship.
According to FilGoal, the former Mamelodi Sundowns boss might not be out of work for long as a move to an unnamed club in the Qatar Stars League is reportedly being lined up.
The report claims that Mosimane is in "advanced negotiations" over a move to the Middle East where he is said to have been offered double the salary he was receiving in Egypt.
While the identity of the club has not been revealed, it is said that Al Rayyan, whom Mosimane was previously linked with, are not the team in question.
The 57-year-old was in charge of Ahly for nearly two years, during which he guided the club to two CAF Champions League trophies, two CAF Super Cups and the Egyptian Cup.
