Shaban has penned a three-year contract with the Casablanca-based outfit.
"Ugandan Muhammad Shaban has signed a contract with Raja Club Athletic Casablanca," the club announced on their website.
KickOff.com last week revealed Shaban had left Pirates after training for a few weeks in Soweto under coach Milutin Sredojevic.
According to a source, Shaban, who netted 18 goals for KCCA last season, was not what the Soweto giants were looking for upfront.
Bucs have bagged four goals in as many matches this campaign, with Zambian forwards Justin Shonga and Augustine Mulenga on target along with defender Gladwin Shitolo.
Shitolo unfortunately also scored an own-goal in a 1-0 loss to log leaders Bidvest Wits at Orlando Stadium last night.
