'Bibo', as the midfielder is affectionately known, started training with the Clever Boys in September after his four-year ban for using cocaine was lifted by the South African Institute for Drug-free Sport (SAIDS). Ntshumayelo is a free agent and can sign a contract even after the transfer window closes on Thursday.
“I'm still here at Wits still training,” Ntshumayelo tells KickOff.com.
"I don't know, we will see [if there will be a contract signed this month]. We'll see what is going to happen, I'm focusing on training. I will see as times goes on how is my fitness you see. So I'm just hopeful, training hard. I can feel I'm grand, but I won't know how the coach sees me when it comes to the level he requires. You should ask him, he is the one person that can tell you everything."
Ask for a comment on the 28-year-old, Wits coach Gavin Hunt says: "No, not right now. Well, he only still needs to work hard you know. We'll make a decision shortly. He's much better now, much better."
