Celtic used Sankara in just 10 games this season which is why his departure from the club comes as no surprise.
His representative Michel Sinha says there are already enquiries about his client's services from other PSL clubs.
“The club is not taking up the second year option on Sankara’s contract which means he is now basically a free agent. We have already had a few enquiries for his services which we are now going to be pursuing further because he obviously still wants to still play in the PSL,” Sinha tells KickOff.com.
Sankara has previously played for Free State Stars where he spent his first two years in the country after arriving from Sudanese club Al Hilal.
