Tshikovhi, who was once linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs, has failed to feature in the league this campaign under head coach Cavin Johnson.
KickOff.com has gathered that the Limpopo-born defender is currently in talks with Dikwena over a settlement package.
"Both the club and the player are currently engaged in negotiations to reach a settlement," says a source close to the club.
"The club is keen to sign both Ntuli and Mpeta on a permanent basis next season," he adds.
Striker Ntuli and defender Mpeta are on loan at the Rustenburg-based outfit from Mamelodi Sundowns and SuperSport United respectively.
