The Botswana international returned to Chloorkop before the start of the current campaign after spending the second half of last season with Tshwane rivals SuperSport United.

Since returning to Sundowns, Ngele has been training away from the first team, a clear sign that his future at the club is bleak. With so much competition in midfield, Ngele has to make a move to get his career back on track.

The good thing for the player is that Botswana’s national team coach David Bright continues to select Ngele even though he is not getting game-time at club level. Bright considers Ngele as one of Botswana’s top players and he needs him for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

This will no doubt give the player confidence and, as was the case last season, he will be determined to make a move in January, even if it means going out on loan for a fourth time to get that feeling of playing again.

Sundowns, meanwhile, will be back in action on October 3 when they take on Bloemfontein Celtic at Dr Molemela Stadium.
