Serie A move lined up for youth international

KickOff has been informed that youth international defender Keegan Allan is facing the prospect of moving to the Italian Serie A.

Allan was a standout performer for the University of Pretoria during the past season after arriving from Mamelodi Sundowns where he played for the reserve team.

The 21-year-old regularly featured for Tuks as the club finished second in the GladAfrica Championship.

Information reaching this website is that there is a possibility of joining Spezia Calcio or Hellas Verona during the current transfer window.

Both clubs play in the Italian Serie A.

"There are talks that are ongoing at the moment and Keegan could possibly be heading out to Italy," says a source. 

Spezia finished 16th last season and is coached by Brazilian Thiago Motta while Verona were in ninth position and have Gabriele Cioffi as their head coach.

Allan has also been linked with Orlando Pirates.
