Both Ndlovu and Ngwenya have now been placed on the transfer list by Baroka after missing pre-season following their failure to reach an agreement on improved salaries.
The duo helped the Limpopo side win promotion to the Premiership last season and feel they are worth more than what Baroka have offered them for next season.
Baroka CEO Morgan Mammila has confirmed that both players are now for sale.
“We can’t keep players that are not happy. It’s not only money but also about the pride of playing for the club,” says Mammila. “We are ready to listen to offers.”
Ngwenya and Ndlovu’s agent, Abbie Rasimphi of Liberate Resources, says he is not aware of interest from Amakhosi or The Brazilians.
“I don’t know anything. I will only take this as a rumour,” says Rasimphi. “Either way, if there is a team interested, they should be speaking to Baroka first before they come to me.”
Ndlovu, 25, scored eight goals last season as he helped Bakgaga achieve promotion into the top-flight for the first time in their history.
