Ntanga was released by Abafana Bes'thende in January after spending a season-and-a-half with Clinton Larsen's side.
He was one of three players Larsen signed at the beginning of 2016/17 from his former club Bloemfontein Celtic, along with Lerato Lamola and Wayde Jooste.
The 29-year-old, who was part of the Siwelele side that won the Telkom Knockout in 2012 under Larsen, scored once in 16 games for Arrows.
"I've been training with Highlands Park. They said they'll call me as I was training alone until the end of the season," Ntanga tells KickOff.com.
He adds: "Currently I'm at home, I came back to see my family.
"I'll go back to Highlands Park on June 17.
"At the very same time I'm also communicating with three or four clubs."
