Motupa has penned a three-year deal with the Chilli Boys that will keep him in Port Elizabeth until 2021.
This follows the 23-year-old's impressive displays on loan at Baroka this past season, where he scored nine goals in 22 appearances – just two shy of top scorers Percy Tau and Rodney Ramagalela.
