Sangare has signed on a two-year deal with Ea Lla Koto.
Michel Sinha, who represents the Ivory Coast national team keeper confirms to this website that it was a done deal.
“Ali has signed on a two-year deal,” Sinha tells KickOff.com.
The 31-year-old arrived at Stars at the beginning of the month along with Olivier Kwizera from Rwanda and coach Sammy Troughton confessed he was impressed with both gloveman.
Now without Thela Ngobeni, who kept goal for Stars last season but has since returned to parent club Mamelodi Sundowns, the English mentor has decided to recruit both men and have them battle it out for the number one jersey.
Sangare was most recently playing for AS Tanda back home after moving from ASEC Mimosas.
He has also played in Belgium and Thailand and is currently leading the pecking order in The Elephants goalkeeping department, last turning out for them as they were crushed 5-0 by the Netherlands in an international friendly.
