Manqele, 31, linked up with TTM as a free agent after he parted ways with Chippa United at the end of last season.
The ex-Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns striker has penned a one-year deal with the Limpopo-based side, according to his manager Palesa Mkhize of Pulse Sport Management.
"Yes, it's a done deal. My client has moved to Limpopo to join TTM," Mkhize says.
"It's a one-season deal. We have no doubt that this move will help Manqele get back to his form and also help the club qualify for PSL promotion next season.
"We would like to thank TTM for the way they handled the whole deal and also to allow my client to do what he likes best, and that's to play football."
