Zwane, formerly of Chippa United, is part of a group of players not retained by Mpumalanga Black Aces, who were bought out by Cape Town businessman John Comitis and renamed Cape Town City FC.
The KwaZulu-Natal born midfielder is now set to relocate to Limpopo next season where he is expected to sign a contract with newcomers Baroka FC to assist them in their maiden PSL campaign.
"Both the club and the player have agreed terms,” a source close to the player tells KickOff.com.
"He is going down to Polokwane this week to sign and join rest of his new teammates.”
Zwane, 27, made just one substitute appearance in the League for AmaZayoni last term.
