The pair impressed on trials with Igugu Lekapa and were subsequently rewarded with National First Division contracts.
Stars, who have also recently roped in ex-Milano United striker Danian Wareley, are currently in Johannesburg having lined up pre-season friendlies with Bidvest Wits, University of Pretoria and Highlands Park.
Head coach David Kannemeyer feels the team is on the right track and foresees a few more additions in the near future.
“I don’t just like to have depth, it must be quality,” Kannemeyer tells this website. “I’m eyeing some wingers and perhaps a goalkeeper.
“The idea is when you replace a player it should not affect the balance of the team neither the quality on the pitch.
“But this all depends what’s available, you know. We still have to assess a few things as well.”
