Razak has been linked with a move to the Brazilians and a KickOff.com source confirms that the striker has been training with the club recently and also played in a friendly.
“You mean Fiston from Burundi? Yeah, he has been training with us and even scored in a friendly match we played recently. I can’t complain, he is not bad. The last time I saw him was on Tuesday,” the source tells this website.
The 23-year-old currently plays for Kenyan side Sofapaka.
Razak was part of the Burundi squad that finished third in their group behind Gabon and DR Congo during the 2014 Chan tournament hosted by South Africa. He was on the scoresheet when Burundi beat Mauritania 3-2 on 18 January 2014 at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
