The agent of Swallows FC left-back Sifiso Hlanti has revealed the player's immediate and future plans as the months count down to the end of Kaizer Chiefs' transfer ban.
Hlanti joined Swallows at the beginning of the season after learning that his first choice Kaizer Chiefs lost the appeal to have their FIFA transfer ban overturned at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
Amakhosi are currently unable to register new players until the July 2021 transfer window opens following the Andriamirado Andrianarimanana saga.
The 30-year-old's agent Sizwe Ntshangase was asked if knowing the Glamour Boys will be able to sign players soon is opening up old wounds for Hlanti about the missed opportunity.
"No, I would be lying, especially now that he is at Swallows and has started playing regularly, it makes me happy. Pretty soon he will be back at Bafana Bafana," Ntshangase tells KickOff.com.
"At the moment he is at the right place there at Swallows, we are not concentrating on Chiefs' ban being over soon or looking at any other teams.
"At the moment we are where we want to be. It doesn't hurt him [knowing Chiefs will be able to sign players this year]."
Asked about the Bafana Bafana international's future plans and how long his contract is with Swallows, Ntshangase would not give anything away.
"I think people who can give you the right answer is Swallows."
