Bartlett: Feels like I played

Atusaye Nyondo scored with the last kick of the game as Amatuks fought from a goal down to earn a point away at Aces, to boost their hopes of avoiding relegation.

Bartlett praised his outfit for showing great character and grinding out a result at the death, but said he felt like he was out on the pitch due to the high emotion.

"I think I feel like I played the match," he told SuperSport in his post-match interview.

"With the chances we had in this game, we should have had another three or four goals, which I'm hoping that we'll keep for the next game.

"But once again we showed the fighting spirit until the end, and our players neer gave up.

"The confidence is growing; the performances are getting better; it's just that we need to be a bit more clinical when we get into the final third."

The draw sees the Tshwane side remain in 15th place, but they now move level on points with Jomo Cosmos, who face Orlando Pirates later in the evening.

Meanwhile, Muhsin Ertugral's side remain in fifth place but slip further off the pace of the chasing pack.
