Celtic ended a five-game losing run with a 3-1 win at Downs, leaving them eight points above the drop zone with seven matches left.
Coach Letsoaka said: "I think it is a turning point. One thing that has been eluding us has been goals. You could see we could have gotten much more from this
"But we would have been happy if it was half-nil. I would have been happy, as long as it's a win. The goals came in, what more can you want?"
The former Golden Arrows boss praised his men for their battling display at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
"The dedication from the players, they wanted it so much, they were down. They came today and did everything to try to get the three points.
"I dedicate this to the players, the hard work they put in against a good side like Sundowns."
Letsoaka added: "We knew we had to get the turning point because the teams that were closer to the relegation zone were coming closer to us.
"We are in a very, very difficult situation at the moment, we had to get the three points. Like I say, I dedicate this to the boys."
