Preview: Polokwane v Sundowns

The Limpopo side have recorded one win and two losses from their three home matches so far this season.

Their next three league opponents are AmaZulu (home), Free State Stars (away) and University of Pretoria (home).

Rise and Shine are placed 14th on the table with four points from seven matches.

Sundowns maintained their unbeaten run and racked up the biggest win of the season so far in midweek: 7-1 at home against AmaZulu.

The Tshwane side has claimed seven points from a possible nine in their three away matches.

Their next three league opponents are Free State Stars (home), University of Pretoria (away), Kaizer Chiefs (home).

The Brazilians are second in the standings with 14 points from six matches - one point behind leaders Moroka Swallows, who have played an extra two games.

This will be the first official league meeting of Polokwane City and Mamelodi Sundowns.
