De Sa targets 30 points for Stars

Stars, who moved up two places into 13th after their 1-0 victory over Polokwane City on Wednesday, are unbeaten in their last six matches and they are determined to extend their impressive run of results when they take on Kaizer Chiefs at Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Saturday (18h00).

“I think it’s six games unbeaten for us now, so I think we’ve found a bit of form in the league,” De Sa said after the match against City.

“From being rock bottom after three games with three losses when the league started and now we are hitting a little bit of a patch where we become difficult to beat. We gradually climbing up the log but we must not get ahead of ourselves. We have a long way to go and we need to get to those 30 points as quickly as possible. That’s what we have got to target now.”

Stars will face a Chiefs side that has not won in five matches, scoring just once during this period. Amakhosi are fresh from a 1-0 defeat to Chippa United and could struggle against a Dikwena side high on confidence at the moment.
