The Brazilians have dominated all before them, having racked up an 18-game unbeaten run in the League and cruising to a 2-0 CAF Champions League win against AC Leopards last week.
So the defeat to Celtic – a team they lost 5-0 to in the corresponding fixture last year – came as something as a shock, but Mosimane is taking the positives out of it.
“It tells us to start realising that we need to be more mentality strong,” he says.
“In a positive way out of the loss what we did was say to the boys ‘we need to double our efforts’. We need to go to Congo [for the second leg against AC Leopards] not thinking we will win.
"Somehow, somewhere [the loss] was a wake-up call. It’s good, we can’t complain.”
