The decorated players will oppose each other when their clubs meet in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
The first leg is scheduled for April 6 at the Parc des Princes, with the return duel taking place six days later.
“We shall fear Yaya Toure and they will be scared of Zlatan Ibrahimovic,” Blanc told Bein Sport.
“The two teams have an exceptional standard of player. There are greats on both sides.”
Blanc admitted the French champions were happy to avoid being pitted with cup holders Barcelona following the last-eight draw in Nyon, Switzerland on Friday.
"We've had a rather good experience in England,” Blanc added, referring to his club’s 4-2 aggregate win over Chelsea in the previous round of the tournament.
“We hoped not to meet Barca too quickly, not at this stage in any case. There are eight huge clubs, and it's City who have come out, with the first match at home, which is not really an advantage.”
