Ngwenya hits visa snag


The former Mamelodi Sundowns star midfielder has a two-year contract with the reigning Be Mobile League champions Township Rollers after signing for the club in November last year. 

“Rollers didn't say why he was denied the work permit, but for professionals they usually reject because your skills are not scarce in the country. It's the first time I hear of a footballer who's been rejected and for now, Shakes is back in South Africa,” a source tells

Rollers have indicated that they will lodge an appeal.
