The Buccaneers have been linked with a number of potential signings in recent weeks, while a couple have also been earmarked to leave the ship.
Amongst those purported to be in talks with Pirates are Mamelodi Sundowns striker Khama Billiat, who is free to sign a pre-contract with the club of his choice, and Bidvest Wits midfielder Xola Mlambo.
Meanwhile, Ayanda Gcaba, Abbubakar Mobara and Bernard Morrison have been linked with AmaZulu, Wits and Turkish top tier side Atalyaspor respectively.
However, ‘Micho’ recently refrained from commenting on the speculation and insisted he is satisfied with the depth he currently has in his team, and is motivated to get them all firing at the same rate.
“I would not like to comment on this [transfer activity], this is an institution that has channels of talking about this,” responded Sredojevic.
“We are happy with the players we have. We are extremely motivated with the space [to improve] within each individual player, in every department in the team.
“However, we have still not played the best football, so that motivation is driving us and I’m eagerly awaiting tomorrow’s training.”
