Morena mindful of home challenge

Sundowns, who will entertain Maritzburg United at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Wednesday night, have won once and suffered three losses on home soil this season.

"We’ll do our normal best to change that and we know the stats how bad it is," said Morena.

"So we just have to back to the drawing board and see what we’ve to do to improve that.”

Downs recently claimed the Premiership summit with a 4-0 thumping of former leaders Baroka and 1-0 win over Golden Arrows.

However, Morena is mindful there is still a long way to go in the title race with only 11 matches under the belt for Pitso Mosimane's men.

"We just going to go one game at a time and see what is going to happen,” said the ex-Bloemfontein Celtic winger.

"As long as we just keeping working very hard as a team and respect each other like we have been doing, things will go positive for us."

After tackling Maritzburg, Masandawana will end 2017 with visits from Bloemfontein Celtic and Cape Town City on December 16 and 19.
