Downs to continue SSU dominance?

The Brazilians have had the edge over their Tshwane neighbours over the years, winning 24 and losing just 14 of the 19 League matches between them.

And on current form they could well extend that – Sundowns have only lost once, against Chicken Inn in the CAF Champions League, in their last 23 games.

They are first on the Absa Premiership log with 49 points from 21 matches. By contrast, Matsatsantsa are down in 10th with 27 points.

However, they did return to winning ways last time out when they hammered Jomo Cosmos 4-2.

Downs have won the last four League matches against United by an aggregate score of 10-2.
