The Brazilians, who currently sit seventh on the standings, face a stern test against a formidable Celtic outfit who could return to joint-top of the log with a victory tonight.

Sundowns are unbeaten in the Absa Premiership this season, but have won only two of their five outings thus far, while Phunya Sele Sele suffered only their first defeat in six showings against Maritzburg United 10 days ago.

Mosimane will also have to make do without the services of Anthony Laffor, Oupa Manyisa, George Lebese, Aubrey Ngoma, Lucky Mohomi and Cuthbert Malajila upon their return to the Free State for the first time since lifting the league trophy in May.

Laffor, like Malajila, has been ruled out with a knee injury, while Lebese and Ngoma are recovering from groin and ankle problems respectively.

Manyisa and Mohomi, meanwhile, are dealing with a bout of flu in Gauteng.
