No Chiefs stars in Blom's Dream XI

Premiership

Kaizer Chiefs prospect Njabulo Blom has revealed his star-studded dream team but made no room for any of his teammates.

Blom, 21, has been one of the standout performers for Amakhosi this season in his defensive midfield role as Gavin Hunt looks to youth within their transfer ban dilemma.

Along with Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, the academy graduates' development has benefited from the extended run in the first-team which holds them in good stead for their future prospects for Amakhosi and potentially Bafana Bafana.

With Blom comfortable at full-back, he included himself in his dream XI on the right side of the back-four when he shared his selection with the club's official Youtube channel.

The squad was dominated by FC Barcelona and Manchester City superstars while Cristiano Ronaldo also made the cut as the lone striker - while Lionel Messi was overlooked by the promising Chiefs talent.
