Del Piero considering retirement

The 40-year-old is a free agent following a stint with Indian outfit Delhi Dynamos.

"If I don't find a convincing project, I will quit," Del Piero told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I have received offers from some European clubs but they didn't do it for me.

"If you had asked me three years ago about coaching, I would have immediately said no because I had other interests.

"Now, though, everything is different. I'll start training kids in the United States. I'll do three coaching clinics."

Del Piero is Juve's record scorer and appearance maker with 208 goals in 513 outings for the Serie A and Italian Cup champions.

The 2006 World Cup winner was in Turin from 1993 to 2012 before leaving for Sydney FC.
