Aka eyeing Bucs double

Ezenkosi, who defeated Pirates 1-0 at Olen Park on January 23, will revive hostilities with the Soweto giants at Orlando Stadium on Saturday (kick-off: 20h15).

Cosmos have also been drawn to host Bucs in the last-16 of the Nedbank Cup.

"We managed to beat them at home in the league, now we are meeting them again on Saturday and we will see what's going to happen," Aka says.

"We know they will want to beat us because we beat them and they will also want to do well at their home ground to please their supporters. We know that and we are ready for anything.

"If we do the same thing we did in the first game I'm positive we will win."

The Ivorian adds that the side is highly motivated to take on the Buccaneers.

"When we play the big teams the coach (Jomo Sono) doesn't have to motivate us. The only thing he does is to pick the right team he believes will do a good job.

"The players are already motivated when playing against the big teams.

"It's easy to plan against them because we watch them on TV every week. But we need to be focused and not make many mistakes because they will punish you."
