Golden Arrows coach Steve Komphela has made a startling revelation about Luc Eymael, who was eyeing the Kaizer Chiefs job at one point.
After winning the Nedbank Cup final with Free State Stars last season, Eymael famously sent out a message to anyone interested to get in touch with him within two weeks or they should forget about bringing him on board because he would be focusing on the new campaign with Ea Lla Koto.
Komphela says Eymael went to Chiefs and SuperSport United, saying that he is giving them a deadline to show interest in having him on board.
"Luc doesn't have law, he must be taught. After winning the Nedbank Cup he went to Chiefs and SuperSport United, told them he's giving them two weeks to sign him or else he's gone," Komphela said.
"Who does that? He disrespected his current employers and other colleagues. It’s not arrogance, it’s just stupidity."
