Twala arrived at the Nedbank Cup champions last month from Kaizer Chiefs with a lot expected from him, but has since made only one league appearance.
KickOff.com understands that both parties are trying to reach an agreement settlement that will allow the player to leave Ea Lla Koto.
"It seems it's like that," Eymael tells this website.
"It's not very clear. Twala packed all his things and he went to see Rantsi [club boss Mokoena] and he said that he is suffering too much about a former injury (sic).
"And he is suffering every day with this injury [and] that he needs to recover fully. That Rantsi has to find an agreement with [agent] Tim Sukazi. That's only what I know.
"I think Twala asked to meet Rantsi because he is suffering too much with an old injury," reiterates the Belgian.
Twala was released by Chiefs after he had a six-month spell on loan at Maritzburg United last season.
