The lanky forward is turning 39 on June 23 and is not contemplating retiring.

Zuma tells KickOff.com that he has received offers from PSL clubs.

“I’ve been on holiday so I haven’t made a decision regarding which team to join,” he says. “But my family is here in Joburg and they want to remain here so I’ve decided that I won’t be moving away.”

Zuma started his career at African Wanderers, and went on to form a deadly partnership with Phumlani Mkhize and Siyabonga Nomvete. With Nomvete now at Moroka Swallows, Zuma says he won’t mind reuniting with his friend and former teammate.

“That will be great but the truth is Swallows is not on the list of the clubs that made me an offer.”

Zuma made his topflight debut with Abaqulusi in the 1997 Rothmans Cup against AmaZulu. A move to Orlando Pirates and then FC Copenhagen in Denmark followed before he returned to the PSL where he played for Sundowns and later SuperSport.
