Dikwena guard against complacency

The MTN8 champions will host promoted AmaZayoni in a League tie at Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace, fresh from a spirited 2-1 victory over Mamelodi Sundowns in the Telkom Knockout quarter-finals.

"We have won the MTN8 and are now in the semi-finals of the Telkom Knockout, so the team has done very well at the start of the season," Molobi, who also serves as Stars' supporters’ co-coordinator, tells KickOff.com.

"But we know that we cannot lose focus on our aim of doing well in the League again this season and three points are a must at home to Black Aces."

Dikwena are currently sixth on the log, two points adrift of leaders SuperSport United. And Molobi is hoping for the club’s fans to continue backing the team in their quest to go one better and win the League this campaign.

"We would like to thank all the fans that came to support us against Mamelodi Sundowns in Moruleng and hope that they will return on Tuesday night to get behind the team again," Molobi adds.

Tickets for the game will be sold at the stadium on match day and are priced at R40 for adults and R20 for juniors.

"Fans are also urged to pledge their allegiance to the club by purchasing a supporters membership card and getting great benefits from that, as well as purchasing the Platinum Stars replica jersey for just R300," Molobi concludes.
