KickOff.com earlier revealed Mkhize was shot dead after attending a team meeting last night.
Among those to pay their condolences include Golden Arrows, Maritzburg United, Cape Umoya United, Ajax Cape Town and Ubuntu Cape Town, who Uthongathi beat 3-1 in their previous National First Division game.
Uthongathi said they will ask the PSL to reschedule their match with Real Kings at Princess Magogo Stadium on Saturday in light of the tragedy.
