The 23-year-old striker looks set to join Mamelodi Sundowns in the next few weeks, but he says thinking about Abafana Bes’thende’s plight still bothers him.

“It’s hurting a lot because it’s the team I started out with in the PSL and it’s where everything was known to me,” he tells KickOff.com. “It hurts to see them go down, but I hope they will come back straight away.”

Ntuli explains he has to leave the club to further his career.

“I have to move on because I have my dream of playing for Bafana Bafana and I have to go there to Sundowns so I can improve,” he adds.

Arrows have already parted ways with Ryan Harrison and Nhlanhla Zothwane, while Mzivukile Tom and Thanduyise Khuboni are both attracting interest from Mpumalanga Black Aces. Philane Shange has already said that he won’t play in the NFD next season, while Siyanda Zwane is also linked with Orlando Pirates and Sundowns.
