Eymael: Am I a criminal?

City took Eymael to the Premier Soccer League's Dispute Resolution Chamber after he resigned from them last month and swiftly joined Phunya Sele Sele.

The DRC was expected to make a ruling on Monday after previous hearings, but a decision was not forthcoming.

Eymael is consequently still unable to sit on the bench for Celtic's matches, with the club next facing Kaizer Chiefs at Dr Molemela Stadium on Wednesday.

"Decision again postponed... now it becomes really too long," Eymael tells KickOff.com.

"Am I a criminal? Me, I never been in jail. Too much, really too much. It is if like I'm a criminal, I have a police clearance with nothing on it. Really now I think it's too much.

"Roger [de Sa] resigned two times, no problem. [Ernest] Middendorp one time, no problem. [Muhsin] Ertugral too, no problem. The problem is me, why? And when Roger played against his former team he has not been attacked for his life like me. What I had to face in Polokwane... so please a little bit of justice now."

The Belgian says he does not know the date of the next hearing.

"I don't know, for me it's a lack of respect about me, about Celtic club and fans. Verdict postponed and I don't think that's fair."
