Siwelele will visit the title contenders on Saturday night (20h15).
The 23-year-old last month left Chiefs for Celtic via a loan deal that saw attacking player Kabelo Mahlasela go the other way in a permanent move.
Gordinho is relishing taking on the Glamour Boys on the weekend.
"I'm excited and the guys are," Gordinho tells KickOff.com.
"Well we gonna start working for the weekend, preparing for a game I'm looking forward to.
"I am looking forward to the Chiefs game... coming up against my former teammates, I don't know how do you say it? Coming up against teammates, friends (laughs). That's gonna be a big game. I definitely want a win, I won't accept a loss."
Gordinho says he does not view the encounter as an opportunity to show Amakhosi management they made a mistake by farming him out.
"Personally I don't look at it like that. And in terms of the team it's an important game because we need the points. We've been so bad in terms of results, so we need to turn that around and it's a good opportunity for that you know. So it will be a good game, good competition and we'll do our best you know."
Asked about Chiefs' good form, Gordinho says he is pleased to see the Soweto giants winning games. Steve Komphela's side are unbeaten in nine outings in all competitions, which includes six victories.
"It's a good thing to see the team winning games, I think it's good for the club as a whole.
"As for us we just have to go there with the will to fight the entire game and work for the results as we know it's not gonna be easy.
"Chiefs is on form and we need to get back to our good run of results. So there is no better game to spur you on to keep that momentum than to play against Chiefs.
"We gonna use the occasion and the game of this weekend to boost our performances and try to get a good result."
Komphela's side are five points behind log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns with nine games left, having edged Cape Town City 1-0 in their previous Absa Premiership appearance.
Celtic, who ousted SuperSport United on penalties in the Nedbank Cup last time out, are winless in five league showings and languish in 12th spot on the table.
