Eymael walked out of City in early March and was soon after appointed as coach of Celtic.
But he has yet to sit on the bench for Phunya Sele Sele as, having obtained his work permit, City then interdicted the move and took the matter to the PSL.
Eymael was questioned by the DRC on Thursday and revealed a verdict will be delivered on Monday.
"Today I was just asked questions and I replied truthfully," the Belgian tells KickOff.com.
"I was the only witness today, the other witnesses were not allowed to speak. But the case is finished now and the decision will be heard on Monday.
“I was asked why I resigned from Polokwane and I explained why, I explained my working conditions."
