Phunya Sele Sele will be competing in the one-day event alongside PSL rivals Bidvest Wits, Mpumalanga Black Aces and AmaZulu at Bidvest Stadium.
Money raised from the tournament will go towards The Lunchbox Fund, a nationwide charity that feeds impoverished schoolchildren.
“This is a great tournament, from a football perspective ahead of the season,” Konco is quoted as saying on Celtic's official website.
“The fact that four very good PSL teams are taking part means the coaches will fine-tune preparations ahead of the new season.
“The tournament will be covered live by e-tv, and will incorporate so many great ideas that it can only be a huge success.
“I would like to thank the organisers for inviting Celtic to take part in this fantastic day.”
