The complaint follows what is alleged to be a defective decision by match offcials during their contest with Limpopo rivals Baroka FC.
Leopards are crying foul after referee Khulisani Qongqo awarded a goal to Bakgaga despite Lidoda Duvha goalkeeper Rotshidzwa Muleka having been rendered unconscious in the build-up.
Baroka triumphed 2-1 at the Peter Mokaba Stadium and the David Thidiela-owned side are now demanding referee Qongqo be suspended from any PSL and SAFA activities and their game against Baroka be replayed.
Speaking in an interview with KickOff.com, Black Leopards lawyer Tinyiko Mnisi has confirmed their letter to PSL - who have since advised the club refer the matter to SAFA.
"It's clear that the referee influenced the outcome of the match and Baroka benefited from his error," Mnisi tells KickOff.com.
"We wrote to PSL who have since advised us to refer the matter to SAFA according to article 51.
"We are demanding four things; the outcome of the game be nullfied, the game be replayed at a date to be set by PSL, match offcials involved in the game be disciplined and referee Khulisani Qongqo be suspended from all PSL and SAFA activities."
