The outgoing champions will visit relegated Platinum Stars at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Saturday as they still look to battle their way into the top half of the Absa Premiership table.
Their task will be aided by captain Thulani Hlatshwayo being ready to return to duty after missing the last five matches through a concussion suffered in their CAF Confederation Cup first leg clash against Enyimba over a month ago.
January signing Denis Weidlich is also set to return from his broken ankle picked up in only his second appearance for the Clever Boys against Kaizer Chiefs on February 3.
Up front, Gabadinho Mhango is expected to make his first appearance since the end of February, when he suffered an ankle injury in Wits’ league clash against Cape Town City.
The trio have all been given the medical greenlight and participated in full training in the build-up to this weekend's match.
On the other hand, Hunt will be without his other influential centre-back Buhle Mkhwanazi, whose shoulder injury has flared up again, whilst midfield playmaker Daylon Claasen has sustained another thigh strain and will not be pushed into their final outing for the season.
Wits are currently placed 10th, with 36 points from 29 games, and could still finish as high as seventh should results elsewhere in the country go their way.
