Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates star Benson Mhlongo believes the defending champions have a slight advantage over The Buccaneers for tonight's game.
Mhlongo says the fact that Pitso Mosimane's side have already played Bidvest Wits in the semi-final of the Nedbank Cup on Saturday will make things easier for them.
Josef Zinnbauer's side are yet to play their first game after the long break that kept all teams out of competition action.
The two Absa Premiership giants will battle for three points at Dobsonville Stadium this evening at 18h00, live on SS4 and SABC3.

"It's like the first game after pre-season but I think Sundowns have an edge, because already they have played their first game," Mhlongo tells KickOff.com.
"They will work on that first game, where to improve, whereas Pirates have not played a single game. So I think Sundowns will have an advantage.
"But when you look at the type of players both teams have, Sundowns have intelligent players that have played CAF, and Pirates have just normal players, they have quick players.
"If Pirates is going to play their quick game I don't think Sundowns will cope with it, because Sundowns improves according to how many games they play.
"I see a draw in today's game. It's a very big battle, who wants it more than the other player. They will play for their own pride. So imagine playing for your own pride, it's more than a motivation.
"So it's a battle of a price tag, that's why it's going to be interesting. This is going to end in a draw though because they are going to cancel each other out. I don't see a win.
"If it was before the lockdown I was going to say Sundowns will win. You need a bold element to become superior. So they are 50/50."
