McCarthy: We don't fear Swallows

AmaZulu coach Benni McCarthy says getting maximum points against Swallows FC will be a difficult task, but not impossible.

Usuthu are yet to beat one of the top teams in the league this season, although they head into Sunday's clash on the back of four successive wins across all competitions.

McCarthy has praised coach Brandon Truter and his players for their unbeaten form this season, but he insists beating the Dube Birds is not impossible.

"Swallows are very good team, they are unbeaten for a reason they haven't lost a single game in the league yet, one of the best teams in the league," McCarthy said ahead of tomorrow's game.

"I haven't been able to get three points from the best teams in the league and it doesn't make the task any easier for us. It's a difficult task but not impossible because they just are another football team, they just have a good coach and big players."

With Swallows on form, McCarthy sent a strong warning as they look to climb into the top eight this weekend.

"We have to respect them but we don't have to fear them, and vice versa," he added.
