Brooks has enjoyed a breakthrough season last term that saw him emerge from relative obscurity to starring on the international stage and has now believed to have signed a four-year deal at Usuthu.

AmaZulu are in the process of a squad overhaul after releasing 15 players and recruiting so far, eight new addition with names such as Dumisani Zuma and Gabadinho Mhango.

Zungu similarly made clear the club would be aiming for major accolades after announcing the signing of Zambian international Larry Bwalya.

"With such impressive signings, this is a season when AmaZulu will win our first trophy since 1992," Zungu tells KickOff.
