Nyadombo respect for aggro SuperSport

Joint-leaders Matsatsantsa, Usuthu and Moroka Swallows have 10 points apiece after five matches - one point ahead of fourth-placed Platinum Stars, who next visit champions Kaizer Chiefs.

Mamelodi Sundowns and their weekend opponents Bidvest Wits are two points off the pace but with a game in hand.

"I think it’s one of the toughest matches of the season because they [SuperSport] are the ones who are on top of the log [on goal difference] and they want to stay there," Nyadombo told his club's official website.

"At the same time we also want to be on top so it’s going to be a very competitive match.

"SuperSport is an aggressive team and they have some tall guys in their team but we’ll try and work on their weaknesses and also play according to our strengths.

"We are aware that they may come with different tactics so we will be prepared for any approach. We’ll try to play the type of football that the coach wants us to play.

"Winning the game and going to the top of the log would bring some belief to the fans. We want them to believe in us because so far we’ve done something we haven’t done in a long time.

"We just have to keep our momentum. Being on top of the log is one thing but maintaining consistency is the difficult part and that’s what we are trying to do," concluded the Zimbabwean.
