Cele featured in Cova de Piedade’s 2-1 Portuguese Cup victory over third-tier Gondomar to help his side reach the competition’s third round.

KEAGHAN JACOBS
In his fourth start of the season, Jacobs played the full 90 minutes as his newly-promoted side Livingston downed Steven Gerrard’s Rangers 1-0 to lift them up to joint-second in the Scottish Premiership table.

KYLE JACOBS
Jacobs started his seventh consecutive game as Queen of the South played out a goalless draw against Inverness, the result leaving them fifth on the log after seven games.

LIAM JORDAN
Jordan continued his ever-presence for Danish second division side HB Koge, playing 70 minutes in their 2-2 draw with Lyngby as his side’s lead at the summit of the standings was cut to just one point after 11 matches.

MAY MAHLANGU
Mahlangu came on for the last 16 minutes as his Bulgarian club Ludogorets smashed Cherno More 5-1, lifting them up to second on the log and just two points adrift of leaders Levski Sofia after 10 games.

LINDO MFEKA
Mfeka started his 18th game of the season as Reno 1868 recorded a comfortable 2-0 win over Tulsa Roughnecks to work their way up to sixth on the USL Western Conference log after 31 games.

KAMOHELO MOKOTJO
Brentford failed to win for a fourth game in succession in their weekend 2-2 draw with Reading. Mokotjo featured only for the last 19 minutes with his side scoring late on to salvage a point which leaves them sixth on the Championship log after 16 games.

LEBO MOTHIBA
Mothiba continued his good form of late, coming on off the bench to score his second for new club Strasbourg in their 3-0 victory over Dijon, a result which leaves them eighth on the Ligue 1 table after eight games.

DINO NDLOVU
The goals keep raining in for Ndlovu in China, as the South African netted a brace as Zhejiang Greentown bounced back emphatically from their two successive losses to trounce Xinjiang Tianshan 5-1 to remain joint-second on the Chinese League One table after 26 games. Ndlovu now has 18 goals in 20 starts this season, surpassing his season-high tally of 17 league goals he achieved at Anorthosis in Cyprus three years ago, and sits joint-second on the top scorers’ list in the Chinese second-tier.

RICARDO NUNES
Nunes played for the 10th game in a row as Polish club Pogon Szczecin earned just their second win of the season, and their second in a row in the league, as they downed Zaglebie Lubin 2-0 to lift them up to 12th on the log after 10 games.

THULANI SERERO
Serero started his seventh game of the season as Vitesse surrendered their 1-0 lead to lose 2-1 to Feyenoord in a fiery encounter in which two red cards were shown. The loss leaves the South African’s club seventh after seven games.

TIYISELANI SHIPALANE
Shipalane played 88 minutes in his fifth start of the season, bagging an assist as USL side North Carolina beat Richmond kickers 3-2 to now sit eighth on the USL Eastern Conference after 31 games.

PERCY TAU
Tau bagged a third assist in his fourth start for Belgian Second Division side Royale Union Saint-Gilloise as they recorded a 3-1 win over Leuven, making it four wins in a row across all competitions as they now sit at the top of the table after eight games.

SIPHIWE TSHABALALA
'Shabba' was an unused substitute as Erzurumspor went down 1-0 to top-of-the-log Galatasaray as they continue to prop up the Turkish table with just two points after seven games.

LARS VELDWIJK
Veldwijk netted his third goal of the season for Dutch second division club Sparta Rotterdam as they beat Dordrecht 3-2, leaving them fourth on the log after seven matches.
