South Africa take on La Celeste in their final Group D fixture at the Incheon Stadium, still in search of their first World Cup point.
Senong, who made three changes to the line-up, has backed his side to continue playing an entertaining brand of football, while emphasising the importance of wingplay in order to cause problems for the group leaders.
“This team has the ability to display a great brand of football but the players have to believe in themselves," said Senong.
"We worked a lot on set-pieces and have encouraged the players to continue playing passing football, while building up from the back.
"Our fubacks and flanks will have to be accurate against Uruguay because that is where we can hurt them.”
Kick-off of the clash is set for 13h00 SA time, and will be broadcast live on SuperSport.
